1. Returns
- We accept returns within 10 days from the date of purchase.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items (if applicable)
2. Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain amount of days, depending on your payment provider.
- Please note, we cannot offer a refund for items that are damaged due to misuse or items not returned in their original condition.
3. Exchanges
- If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us. We will help you process the exchange based on availability.
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective or was sent incorrectly.
5. How to Return an Item

- Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to send back the product. You may be required to provide proof of purchase or order details.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check with your bank or credit card company.
