1. Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of the mechanical components of the ArogyaFlush smart toilet, including but not limited to the flushing mechanism, bidet system, seat heating, and all internal mechanical parts. The warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
2. What is Covered
- Mechanical Failure: Any failure of the mechanical components due to manufacturing defects or material defects.
- Parts Replacement: If a mechanical defect occurs within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the defective part(s) at no additional cost to you, provided the issue is covered under the terms of the warranty.
3. What is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Cosmetic Damage: Scratches, dents, or discoloration of the toilet's external surfaces that occur during regular use.
- Damage Caused by Misuse or Negligence: Any damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, neglect, or failure to follow care and maintenance guidelines.
- Accidental Damage: Damage caused by accidents, natural disasters, or external forces (e.g., fire, flood, earthquake, etc.).
- Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications: Any repairs or modifications made by parties other than ArogyaFlush or authorized service providers will void the warranty.
- Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear, such as gradual depreciation of parts from use over time, is not covered under this warranty.
- Improper Installation: Costs associated with installation errors or damage caused during installation are not covered.
4. Warranty Process
To make a warranty claim, follow these steps:
- Contact ArogyaFlush Customer Support within 30 days of discovering the issue, and provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
- Our customer support team will guide you through the process, which may include troubleshooting steps to diagnose the problem.
- If necessary, we will arrange for the repair or replacement of defective parts at no charge.

5. Limitation of Liability
